ENDICO DATA STRATEGICTHE HOUSE POLICY · WRITTEN DOWNFOUNDER OPERATEDEST. MMXXV
The House Policy

Written down, so you can hold us to it.

Most agency promises live in sales calls, where they evaporate. Ours are published. This page is the operating agreement behind every account we run: who does the work, who owns what, and what we refuse to do. If we ever break one of these, you will have this page to point at.

The operating agreement

The five articles, in force on every account.

Not values. Not a mission statement. Operating rules, phrased so you can verify each one before and after you sign.

// 01
The founder does the work
William Endico is the operator on every account. Not the closer who hands you to a team you have never met. The person you talk to before signing is the person in your ad account on Tuesday. We will never hand you off to junior account managers because we care about your success, and because there are none here.
// 02
You own everything
Ad accounts, pixels, audiences, creative, websites, dashboards, data. All of it lives in your name from day one and stays yours if we ever part ways. You never pay to get your own accounts back. An agency that owns your assets does not have a client, it has a hostage.
// 03
No binding contracts
The engagement renews monthly because the work has to keep earning it. We earn the next month, every month. Contracts that lock you in exist to outlive the results. Ours cannot.
// 04
One jeweler per trade area
We do not work with two jewelers in the same trade area. When we sign you, your competitor cannot hire us. Growth strategy shared between rivals is not strategy, it is a leak. Onboarding is selective and limited by trade area.
// 05
Real numbers only
Reporting reconciles against your books, not the platform’s flattery. We do not care about vanity metrics. We care about business growth. Nothing we publish contains an invented statistic. When we have client numbers worth showing, they are real and attributed.
The whole policy

If it reads like the opposite of your last agency, that was the design brief.

Five articles is the entire document. There is no asterisk page, no exceptions schedule, and no version of this that changes after you sign. Ask us to confirm any of it in writing on the first call, and we will.

Straight answers

Questions jewelers ask about the policy.

Short answers, same register as the articles. If yours is not here, ask it on the call.

Q1
Who actually runs my account day to day?
William Endico, the founder. Strategy, build, optimization, and reporting. No junior account managers exist at the studio to hand you to.
Q2
What happens to my accounts if we part ways?
Nothing. They were in your name the whole time: ad accounts, pixel, audiences, site, data. You lose access to us, not to anything of yours.
Q3
Why no binding contracts?
Binding terms protect an agency from its own results. Month to month means the work has to justify itself continuously, which is the correct pressure to put on us.
Q4
What if my competitor asks to hire you?
They get declined. One jeweler per trade area is absolute. When you are signed, your market is closed on our side.
Q5
How do I verify any of this?
Ask for it in writing on the call; this page is the writing. And every claim here is checkable in your own accounts: look at who owns what, and who shows up in the change history.
Hold us to it

The policy is the pitch. The call is the proof.

Bring the five articles to a thirty minute call and ask William to stand behind each one. That is the whole sales process. No binding contracts on either path. You own everything.
