About

Built by an operator who stays on the work.

NYC marketing studio. Small on purpose. The founder builds the strategy, runs the accounts, and writes the report you read. No juniors in between. No retainers that outlive results. No ownership held hostage when an engagement ends. Selective by trade area. Limited bench.

I

How we operate.

Four operating principles · Held strictly · One jeweler per trade area
// 01

Founder-led delivery.

The person you brief is the person who builds. There are no account managers between the strategy call and the deliverable. Senior attention on every engagement, no exceptions, no hand-offs to juniors.

// 02

Selective by design.

We onboard a small number of clients at a time, and we will not work with two jewelers in the same trade area. Capacity protection is quality protection. If the bench is full, we will tell you and tell you when it is not.

// 03

You own everything.

Accounts, pixels, creative assets, audiences, websites, dashboards. Every asset we build inside your business is yours outright. No binding contracts. No surprise fees to release what is already yours when an engagement ends.

// 04

Care equal to your own.

The agency model in this industry is broken. Most shops only care about the retainer. We refuse to take on accounts we cannot meaningfully move, and we refuse to ship work we are not proud to put our name on.

"The firms that help you grow should care as much about the outcome as you do. That is the entire reason this business exists."

William Endico founded Endico Data Strategic on a conviction earned the long way around: the gap between what growth agencies promise and what they deliver is a craftsmanship problem. The only way to fix it is to stay small, stay selective, and refuse to compromise on the work.

Before founding Endico Data Strategic, William worked inside other social media marketing agencies and found the dynamic broken. High volume, low value, junior account managers in the chair, churn-and-burn retention dressed up as service. He left convinced the model had to be inverted, not iterated on.

That was not the first business he had to walk away from. Years earlier he started a dry ice blasting company. It failed. He went back to what he knew, which was wrenching. Forklifts first, then cars, then back to forklifts, then a stretch in aerospace building fuel system components for Boeing military aircraft. The perfectionism that had been friction in commercial garages was finally valued there. The parts he machined looked like jewelry. He became the shop's alodine guru after mastering the chemistry well enough to pull a flawless gold finish off raw aluminum, every time.

That history is why Endico Data Strategic works with fine jewelers. William has spent his career obsessing over surfaces that have to be exact, in front of people who notice. Jewelers run the same standard on the bench every day. The respect runs both directions, and the work moves faster when the client and the operator share an obsession with what good looks like.

Outside the studio, William builds and drives old German cars. Currently in the garage: a black-on-red 1986 Porsche 928 with the 5.0 V8 and the dogleg manual, a 944, an E34 530 with an M60B40 swap, and a factory-manual 958 Cayenne. The 1992 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 is the one rule break.

Endico Data Strategic operates two practices on the same bench: jeweler marketing as the primary focus, and a B2B data intelligence practice for non-competing engagements. Both are run from New York City.
