What we collect, what we don't.

Plain English. No tracking we cannot defend, no data resale, no third-party scripts that watch you across the internet. If you give us your name and email, you give us your name and email. We use them to reply to you and that is it.

IWhat we collect.

We collect only what you give us directly through this site. There is no hidden tracking, no fingerprinting, and no third-party data brokers feeding us your information.

  • Form submissions. When you fill out the contact form or the AEO audit request, we receive the fields you typed: name, business name, email, phone (if you give it), trade area, ecommerce platform, and the free-text fields explaining your situation.
  • Newsletter subscriptions. When you submit your email to the field reports list, we store the email address and the date you subscribed.
  • Server logs. Like every web server, ours records IP address, page requested, browser user agent, and timestamp for security and debugging. These logs roll off after thirty days.
  • Cookies and tracking pixels. Your browser may store small session cookies (for example to remember your input as you move between steps in a multi-step form). We may also load standard analytics and conversion-tracking pixels for our advertising channels. See Section VI for details on what those do and what they do not.

IIHow we use it.

We use the information you submit for one purpose: to reply to your inquiry and run the engagement we agreed to.

  • Replying. The founder personally reads every form submission and responds within one business day, usually faster. The email you give us is the address we will reply to.
  • Running the engagement. If we sign a working agreement, we use your contact details and the information you shared to do the work you hired us for.
  • Newsletter. If you subscribed to the field reports, we use your email address to send you new field reports when they ship. Unsubscribe is one click in every email.
  • Improving the site. Aggregated server-log data and form-completion rates help us figure out what is working and what is broken. None of this analysis is tied to a named individual.

IIIWho we share it with.

The short answer is no one, with three narrow exceptions.

  • Service providers we use to run the business. Our email host, our CRM, our email-newsletter platform, and the form-submission service that delivers your inquiry to the founder's inbox. These providers process your data only on our behalf and only to deliver the service we hired them for. We pick providers with documented privacy practices and we will tell you which ones if you ask.
  • Legal compliance. If we are required by law, court order, or regulator to disclose specific information, we will comply. We will tell you that this happened unless we are legally barred from doing so.
  • Business transfer. If Endico Data Strategic is ever sold or merges with another business, your data would transfer along with the rest of the business. We will give you notice and the opportunity to delete your data before any transfer takes effect.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it, license it, trade it, or feed it to ad networks. We do not buy lists from third parties to "enrich" what you gave us. The data you submit stays with us and the providers we just described.

IVHow long we keep it.

  • Form submissions where we never engaged. We keep the inquiry for up to twelve months in case you come back, then delete it.
  • Active client records. Kept for the duration of the engagement and for seven years after the final invoice for tax and legal compliance, then deleted.
  • Newsletter subscribers. Kept until you unsubscribe. After unsubscribe, your email is held in a suppression list (so we do not accidentally re-add you) and otherwise deleted from active records.
  • Server logs. Thirty days, then auto-rotated.

VYour rights.

Whether you live in California, the EU, or anywhere else, the rights below apply to you when you ask us to honor them.

  • Access. Ask us what we have on you. We will tell you, in plain English, within thirty days.
  • Correction. Tell us something is wrong, we fix it.
  • Deletion. Ask us to delete what we have. We will, unless we are legally required to keep specific records (e.g. a paid invoice for tax purposes).
  • Portability. Want a copy of what you submitted? We will send it to you in a standard format.
  • Opt-out. Unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. Tell us not to contact you, we stop contacting you.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@endicodatastrategic.com with the request and the email address you used. We will respond within one business day to acknowledge and within thirty days to action.

VICookies and tracking.

This site uses standard web analytics and conversion-tracking pixels for our advertising channels (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and similar tools). These pixels record that you visited a page and that you completed a form, so we can measure which marketing channels are bringing in real inquiries. They do not capture the text you typed, the contents of any field, or anything else you can think of as private.

We never sell your information. Tracking we run is for our own measurement and our own advertising performance. The data it collects stays inside the analytics tools and ad platforms we use to run our marketing, the same way every other modern website operates. We do not auction it, trade it, or hand it to third parties for any purpose other than the platform doing the work we hired it for.

You can block all cookies and trackers from this site in your browser settings (or via a content blocker) without breaking anything important. The form-step memory will reset, that is the only difference.
