We started Endico because we were tired of watching sharp operators get let down by generic execution. Every engagement we take on gets the same treatment — obsessive, precise, accountable.

William Endico is the founder of Endico Data Strategic, a boutique intelligence and marketing firm serving B2B operators and independent jewelers. He launched Endico with a single conviction: that the gap between what growth agencies promise and what they deliver is a craftsmanship problem — one that only gets solved by staying small, staying selective, and refusing to compromise on quality.

Before Endico, William worked across data, digital marketing, and growth — developing a deep skepticism for generic solutions and a deep respect for the operators brave enough to build something real.
